Between going to my classes, working, trying to find time for the gym, finding time for my boyfriend, and just trying to find down-time, I’m really breaking down. As much as I love the money, I hate working. I really just hate this job because it’s only 2-3 days a week and because of that I work massively long shifts and when I’m done, I can’t even move. Also, sometimes the store is dead for hours on end (usually at night) and we just stand there and do nothing because there is nothing left to do. It’s awful, honestly. Anyway, I’ll stop complaining. I just wanted to let you all know that I am going to try very hard to make time for Vivid-Avenue. Especially since I pay for this web space.

Moving on, you all made interesting comments on my last blog – Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi video. Unfortunately, I will not be returning those comments for two reasons: 1) The topic is old and it was over a month ago that I posted the blog 2) We could argue the points in the blog for days. However, I will comment all of the blogs of the people who left me comments to be polite. And thank you to the people who commented the blog asking where I was. I felt honored that you actually thought of me that way and wondered where I was. You guys are awesome.

In other news, I bought an I Phone recently. It’s so adorable just sitting here next to me. It was luckily only $100 and then I’m paying $30 a month. Not too bad. You know, on top of my car insurance payments. I only make around $100 a week. I have no money. Whatever. But yeah, I really like it, it’s a phenomenal phone and I recommend it to anyone. I’ve had no problems with it what so ever. The only problem, which is a personal problem, is my giant chubby fingers have a hard time typing on the touch-screen keyboard. I keep spelling everything wrong, literally EVERYTHING. People keep texting back going “Wth are you trying to say?” and I’m all “THIS KEYBOARD IS TOO HARD TO TYPE ON”. That’s pretty much how it goes down.

In addition, MY CAR HAS BEEN FIXED. I don’t know if anyone remembers this, but I believe I used to complain about my car a lot. It sounded, quite literally, like a motorcycle. People stared at me everywhere I went because it literally sounded like a motorcycle was coming down the road. Also, I was apparently breathing in exhaust fumes whenever I was driving. Isn’t that awesome? Jeez Louise, I could have died while driving from the fumes. The didn’t say that but damn who knows what could have happened. Anyway, it’s all fixed up now (I needed a flex pipe, couldn’t tell you wth that is) and it sounds beautiful. I still hate my car, though.

So, last night I couldn’t sleep so I decided to surf YouTube for something interesting to watch. I decided that since I liked the song Paparazzi by Lady Gaga, I would finally see the video. I know, I’m way off in my timing.

Anyway, as I began to watch it my blood began to boil. I don’t know if her producers are aware of this, but there are young girls (10 year olds) who watch MTV and see the music videos they play. When you put an intense make-out/pre-sex scene in a music video that a ten year old can see whenever she wants on the television, I get a little freaking pissed off.

Now, is it just me or is that beginning make-out scene a little intense? I’m pretty sure he grabs her ass at one point. Please tell me if I’m going crazy but if I my children were watching this I’d be pretty pissed off. All in all, I think we should leave that shit out and set it aside for porn, not every day music videos. I mean, really, children do as they see because they don’t know any better. Yes, even 10 year olds. They don’t have minds of their own yet (well, some do) or opinions that are really that strong. Imagine, when they see shit like that on tv being done by an artist they idolize they’re going to think that’s how they should act. When really, no, we don’t need ten year olds making out. Come on now.

It’s not just that video. If any of you have seen the video for her other famous song, Love Game, one of her back up dancers strokes her crotch quite obviously while they’re dancing. It’s clear that it’s part of the dance routine and that’s what makes it even worse.

Don’t get me wrong, her videos are interesting and I never get bored when watching them; her songs are pretty catchy as well. I just think they need to cut back on the sex scenes and leave that for porn. I could be going crazy but I’m just saying, this shit drives me nuts.

That is my nephew Christopher after he ripped his diaper off in a fit of joy/rage. I couldn’t really tell what it was. All I know is he ripped it off and started running around screaming at the top of his lungs up and down the hallway. As you can see my sister (his mother – and no, she’s not a teenager, she’s 28) and her other child Fallon (the ugly-looking child at the end of the hallway) decided to play along making for a most interesting evening.

Why does it look like he has gratuitous amounts of muscle? I’ll tell you why. That’s all his chub (as in fat) moving around as he ran as fast as he could towards me and my camera. I thought it was really funny that all that fat he has can look just like muscle if he runs fast enough.

Now that I’m done sharing that with you all, I’m going to use that photo for a caption competition. I’ll be posting the link once I actually create a page for this challenge. So, you can all start thinking up clever little things to put in the caption for this picture.

I’m not going to conform, I’m keeping my affiliates section. Pretty soon there probably wont be anyone on the list but hey, whatever. I’m not going to get rid of it just because everyone else is. I’m going to be different and difficult. I like the section and it looks lovely on my sidebar. (I barely ever actually accept anyone for the section anyway)

Moving on, I think my hamster has multiple tumors on his belly. Last night I took him out of his cage to hold him and tell him he was adorably plump, and I realized he had two small lumps on his stomach. They’re really weird looking and I feel really bad for him. He’s pretty old now. If anyone can remember back, I used to blog about how I had like 15 of these hamsters because of in-breeding (LMFAO). He was the father of a crap-ton of those babies. This baby is still kicking strong. They’re supposed to die relatively quick but I guess my Ninja is just a little fighter. Although he has these tumors, he’s still eating, drinking, and running on his ball like nothings wrong. I’m pretty happy that he’s not in pain, or at least it looks that way.

I start work on Saturday at Family Dollar. I mentioned this briefly in my last blog, I think. Anyway, I was up all night last night thinking about it. This is going to be my first job, what is it going to be like? Are customers going to be nice? How am I going to deal with rude customers? I just want some answers here, really. I’m really nervous because I was told there would be a lot of heavy lifting and I am pathetically weak and small. I have the feeling this job is going to help me produce some hilarious blogs. I’m really excited about doing the register. I already feel important and I haven’t even started yet.

You may have noticed the site looks a bit different. Or maybe you haven’t. Mysterious! It’s true, I changed a few minor things to perk it up a bit here. I changed the font style, the font size, the container size, and other minor things. I was going to change the layout but I started making something and then lost my muse completely. Don’t you just hate that?

Anyway, I’m in a really good mood. Want to know why? Okay, I’ll tell you. My sister’s dog has been really, really sick. She has an infection in her ears and paws and neither she nor her husband would take her the the vet. It was mainly because they had no money…at all. I’ve been really pissed the frick off because the dog can barely walk and her paws have been bleeding everywhere. The couch is blood stained. She’s not losing massive amounts of blood or anything but it’s still sad to watch. She’s just been so sick. She can’t even scratch herself. Anyway, I’m happy because her husband finally made a vet appointment just a few minutes ago. I can’t wait to see the poor dog happy and walking around again.

I finally got a job. I know, it took me long enough haha. Anyway, my friend and coincidentally ex-boyfriend’s mom is the manager at a nearby Family Dollar. I applied for a job, called her up, and sure enough she gave me a spot. This is my first real job so I’m really nervous. She said it gets really busy in there and she’s going to be teaching me the register. I don’t think I’ve ever even looked at one up close so this probably wont go down too well; we’ll see. I’m starting this Saturday 3-close which is about 8:00 PM. I’m both excited and nervous about this new experience.

I’m sorry about being such a crappy blogger lately. You all probably know I just moved, I have school and now work. I have to make time to spend with Ryan as well. We’ve been at each others throats for a few weeks now because of how stressed out I am. I promise I’ll start updating my content and get everything under control. I’ll be writing soon.
